The IS-RCU homeruns to the IS-CCU to add thirty room stations to the system. Up to four IS-RCU's may be connected to the IS-CCU using two CAT-5e/6 cables. The unit can be rack mounted in an EIA standard rack (2U required) or wall mount using brackets. It is powered using an external 48V DC power supply, IS-PU-UL.

The IS-RS is a handset style, wall mount, audio only sub station. It connects to the IS-CCU, IS-SCU, or IS-RCU units using CAT-5e/6 cable. It can be used hands-free with the internal speaker or can be tied to an external 8 ohm speaker. The IS-RS is powered by the system.

The IS-SCU homeruns to the IS-CCU to add eight door / sub stations and eight master stations to the system. Up to two IS-SCU's may be connected to the IS-CCU using three CAT-5e/6 cables. The unit can be rack mounted in an EIA standard rack (2U required) or wall mount using brackets. It is powered using an external 48V DC power supply, IS-PU-UL.

The IS-SOFT is proprietary Aiphone software that can be installed on a PC running Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 (one seat license per PC). The PC with the installed IS-SOFT software may connect directly to a network allowing for communication with any IS-IPDV, IS-IPDVF, IS-IPMV, or any station connected to an IS-IPC on a network.

The IX-BA is a surface mount IP addressable audio only door station. Weather resistant. Can be connected to the network using CAT-5e/6 cable. It has a built-in dry contact for door release (24V AC/DC, 500mA). It can call up to 20 different master stations (IX-MV or instances of IX Mobile). An additional 20 master stations can be called using the contact input. The speaker and microphone allow for two-way communication with a master station or the IX Mobile App. The 600 ohm output can be used for paging announcements or to run audio to an external speaker/horn. The unit is 802.3af PoE compliant.

The IX-DV (surface mount) and IX-DVF (flush mount) are weather resistant, (IP65) IP addressable video door stations. They connect to a network using Cat-5e/6 cable and are both SIP compliant. Each station is equipped with a 1.23 megapixel fixed color camera. The camera angle can be vertically adjusted using a lever on the back of the station. The video can be streamed to 3rd party devices using ONVIF Profile S or RTSP. Audio and video can be captured on a microSD™ card. The IX-DV and IX-DVF can be programmed to call up to 20 different stations. There are 3 different call level selections. The stations have a 600? output that can be used for paging or communication. There are 2 contact outputs that can be programmed to trigger during door release, when the 600? output is used or based on the status of the station. There are 6 inputs that can be used to trigger an outgoing call or answer a call/page. Sound files can be uploaded for custom messages to be played during certain functions (door release, call placed, communication start, error message). The stations have audible and visual indications for calling, communication, and door release.

When the call button on the door station is pushed, the inside station(s) ring(s) and the video monitor comes on with the image from the door station’s camera. The JP-4HD offers a 7” color touchscreen LCD and allows for handset (duplex) and hands-free (VOX) communication. This unit is equipped with a door release button for the user to allow visitor entry. The JP-4HD is also equipped with PTZ and brightness controls, giving the user control of the door station camera angle and camera lighting for better visibility. The JP-4MED is a video master station with a 7” color touchscreen LCD. The JP-4MED offers handset (duplex) and hands-free (VOX) communication. This unit will support up to 4 door stations and 7 sub masters. All inside stations are equipped with a door release button for the user to allow visitor entry. The JP-4MED is also equipped with PTZ and brightness controls, giving the user control of the door station camera angle and camera lighting for better visibility. Picture memory records up to 20 calls to internal memory and 1,000 calls to a removable SD / SDHC card (not included). The JP-4MED connects to door stations using 18AWG, 2 conductor cable and connects to sub master stations using CAT-5e or CAT-6 cable

The JP-8Z is a distribution adaptor for the JM Series. The adaptor is utilized when homerun wiring is desired. The JP-4MED master station and each JP-4HD sub master station will connect to this adaptor using CAT-5e/CAT-6 cable. The JP-8Z can surface mount using the mounting holes or with the W-DIN11 mounting rail. One or two PS-2420UL power supplies are used, depending on how many sub master stations are connected.

The JP-DV faceplate is cast zinc, the call button is metal and the camera is protected with a clear polycarbonate lens cover.
