The IX-BAF is an IP audio only door station for the IX Series. This surface mount unit connects to a PoE network using CAT-5e/6 cable. The IX-BAF will call up to 20 IX-MV masters or instances of the IX MOBILE. The door station has a built-in dry contact for door release (24V AC/DC, 500mA). The IX-DA unit is equipped with a fixed camera with vertical angle adjustment. The IX-DA is ONVIF Profile S compliant. The door station can call up to 20 different master stations (IX-MV or instances of IX Mobile). An additional 20 master stations can be called using the contact input. The video can be streamed to 3rd party devices using ONVIF Profile S or RTSP. Audio and video can be captured on a microSD™ card. Sound files can be uploaded for custom messages to be played during certain functions (door release, call placed, communication start, error message). The stations have audible and visual indications for calling, communication, and door release.

The JP-4MED is also equipped with PTZ and brightness controls, giving the user control of the door station camera angle and camera lighting for better visibility. The JP-8Z is a distribution adaptor for the JM Series. The adaptor is utilized when homerun wiring is desired. The JP-4MED master station and each JP-4HD sub master station will connect to this adaptor using CAT-5e/CAT-6 cable. The JP-8Z can surface mount using the mounting holes or with the W-DIN11 mounting rail. One or two PS-2420UL power supplies are used, depending on how many sub master stations are connected.
