The VESDA VLF is an early warning smoke detector designed to protect large and small areas in your company. (less than 250m2). The detector works by continuously sampling air from the environment through holes in a network of pipes. The air is filtered and passed through a detection chamber, where light scattering laser technology detects the presence of very small amounts of smoke. Information about the smoke detector status can be transferred to the smoke detector screen, relays or optional interface cards.
