Radio frequency interface to integrate the remote controls of the AXESKEY 868Mhz range in an access control center, AC Plus 4410 together with the 4420 door controller, or in IP_AXES systems directly. Also allowing the addition of hands-free identifiers together with the corresponding HF Hands-free antenna. The receiver encodes the emitter signal in three different protocols depending on its configuration: Clock & Data, Wiegand 26 and Wiegand 37.

This Radio Frequency Kit allows the door to be opened remotely through an RF remote control. At the door, a receiver is required that can be located both indoors (ideal for shops and garages) and outdoors. The remote has an exclusive code per user that offers maximum security and reaches a distance of up to 100 meters using the 868Mhz frequency band. And thanks to its advanced APS (Approaching System) transmission system, the remote control can be activated even when it is out of range of the receiver. The signal will be transmitted repeatedly for 15 seconds as the user approaches the door and until the moment it is opened. The type SEL128R433-WPL (Fig. 1) is a very high security superheterodyne receiver with GFSK demodulation. The high degree of security is ensured by a 128-bit serial number, with a AES128 encryption and by a proprietary “rolling code algorithm” that avoids the risk of the scan and the subsequent retransmission of the code copied. A special system keeps aligned transmitter and receiver. An innovative feature allows to set up the autostore capability of a new transmitter using a remote control already in memory, which enables it by proximity. This avoids to access the receiver for memorizing a new remote control. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with the European Directives 2014/53/EU and to the Standard EN 60950-1.

The receiver RXCP makes part of the system CDVI® Pass: a radio system for the access control of persons and vehicles based on radio active tags. The system is mainly composed by 3 devices: one or more active tag, one trigger antenna and one receiver. It finds application in domestic, pubblic, residential and industrial environment, both for personal and vehicular use. The users or the vehicles carrying the active card and standing in the detection zone of the trigger aerial, are identified waking-up the tag, which is normally in stand-by and decoding the tag information. The serial number of the tag, that identifies uniquely the user, is then transmitted via radio to the receiver, which, at its turn, sends the information to any access control system, through a bus RS-485 or wiegand line.

The 125KHz antenna is part of the CDVI® PASS system. It transmits periodically a trigger signal (with a period of 0,5 - 2,4 Sec) with a predefined pattern to awake the active cards. Each single transmission lasts 34ms. External inputs allow synchronization with other antennas (up to 4). When sync-in and sync-out are left open, the gap between two transmissions is 2.4 Sec. When shorted, it is reduced to 500mS. The enable input handles the transmission. Before each transmission, the system controls this input and if it is left open, the transmission is inhibited. Using the onboard rotary trimmer, it is possible to assign an ID (0-9) to the antenna to distinguish it from the other. Additionally, inputs for two PIR sensors are provided ( internal and external one) to awake the antenna only in presence of movement.
